HoloSomatic Bodywork is a guided, trauma-informed experience that helps you reconnect with your body through breath, gentle movement, body awareness, and supportive touch (with your permission).
Rather than talking about your stress, your body is invited to safely release the tension it has been holding so your nervous system can return to greater balance and resilience.
Every experience is guided at your own pace, creating space for regulation, restoration, and deeper connection with yourself.

Touch is always permission-based. You set pace, pressure, and boundaries. Sessions use stabilization and closing practices so you leave feeling steady and supported.
