What is the medication?

Compouned Semaglutide is a human-based glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist prescribed as an adjunct to a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adult patients with an initial body mass index (BMI) that is considered outside a healthy range.

AT HOME SELF TREATMENTS

Group 1: This is your initial 3 month protocol (two vials of medication & 12 weeks of Modules you get to keep forever).

Group 2: If you would like to continue you need to be evaluated with a consult, you will then begin a second round for another 3 months.

Group 3 > : If you would like to continue you need to be evaluated with a consult, you will then continue another round for 3 months.

Please Follow Step By Step Instructions

1. BOOK YOUR INITIAL CONSULT:

Group 1- (Month 1-3):

All prospects must book a consult in order to qualify for each program which is $150. This will be deducted from the total cost.

Total cost of Group 1 including consult fee $2199. (this price includes Consult, two vials of Semaglutide and 12 week modules with 30 minute free consult each week with a special booking code) or choose ($950 with 2 Semaglutide vials and only Vibrant Woman Program Modules 1-3 )

Group 2> (Month4 +) :

After your initial 3 month treatment is complete, and you wish to continue you must be evaluated for the next 3 months by scheduling another up to 1 hour Consultation for $150.

If qualified for the next 3 months , after your consult you will then be charged. (the programs run in 3 month increments to monitor your health closely while on the plan)

Total cost every 3 months after the initial $800 (this price includes the consult and two vials of compounded Semaglutide)

Any Groups following will have to follow above protocols.

*We do not control if the pharmacy increases their pricing and have to adjust accordingly to this .

2. UPDATED BLOODWORK:

Please be sure to have all current (up to 6 months prior) updated bloodwork documentation ready for time of consult.

3. FILL OUT THE CONSENT FORM:

Please read thoroughly and sign to acknowledge your eligibility and understanding of the medication being used.

Please have any questions ready to discuss at time of consultation.

4. PURCHASE YOUR PROGRAM:
