With over two decades in nursing, functional medicine, and holistic therapies, I have witnessed the body’s extraordinary capacity to heal when supported with compassion and knowledge. My passion for nutrition and integrative wellness comes from a desire to see clients thrive in all aspects of their lives.
I also hold multiple certifications in addiction recovery, mind-body therapies, and alternative healing modalities. These experiences allow me to provide clients with a science-based, holistic toolkit designed to support every stage of wellness.
My professional path began at Southeastern Technical School with a diploma in nursing. I continued my education with an Associate and then a Bachelor degree in Nursing. Driven by curiosity about root-cause healing, I sought out training with some of the world’s most respected holistic clinicians.
