We kindly ask that full payments be made at the time of your appointment, and will be reimbursed if your insurance covers our services. To streamline the billing process, we require a credit card to be kept on file for any services not covered by your insurance.

It is important to ensure your insurance information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid disruptions in service. Please note that if insurance payments are overdue by more than two months, Ageless Wellness Medicine reserves the right to temporarily pause services until the account is current.
