Brain Tap: Positive Guided Meditation

(up to 25 minutes )

BrainTap gently guides the brain from the chronic and destructive fight-or-flight state into deep relaxation, naturally restoring the parasympathetic balance, which is often all that's needed to achieve mental harmony, better health, and an exceptional quality of life.

Oxygen Therapy 

(10 minutes) 

You will have access to a special oxygen device that is humidified for your inhalation benefit. This helps to enhance the body's intake level during your session.

*Must be booked together and good for up to 3 months of purchased date.

Appointment Version

This is a standalone appointment and the client is expected to book this package in one session.

Please note all spa packages expire within 3 months from date of purchase.

All services are to be scheduled during the same session.

  • All clients must pay in advance (to confirm and secure your service) 

  • You can do this in person or online by selecting your desired service. 

  • You will then be able to choose your booking and schedule your session 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please advise we have a 24 hr cancellation policy: 

  • No show or late cancellations are non refundable.

  • To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
